It went through fine for me. The page came up for my name and address. All I can think is to try again??

I just did it (8:42pm CST) and it went thru fine for me with no complications. I have IE8, if that makes any difference. :slueth I also answered all five answers correctly the first time. Don't know if that was an issue or not.
