I am cooking, a teriyaki and chinese style chicken BBQ, marinated and grilled, brown rice with assorted veggies in it, baby spinach salad with lovely marinated tomatoes/pea pods/crunchy chow mein noodles and homemade vanilla ice cream, now I have to clean the bathroom before anything happens, except the ice cream part, that is working.. it is bath night so the tub has got to be clean!
BUT HAPPY FOR A GREAT DINNER COMING TOWARDS US.
And you?

I made chicken legs (for the kids) and salmon (for me) with a spicy honey glaze, steamed corn on the cob with garlic, butter and salt, on it and roasted potatoes with sea salt and garlic

I love to cook and love to try new things. I'm always watching the food channel and trying out the recipes I see on there! Sometimes my kids hate that, but that's ok, I'm still happy :) I miss when we lived in apartments, we had college guys as neighbors and anything that I tried out, they were more than happy to help eat it up.
