We're going to be out of town so we'll be stopping by Red Robin and having dinner. If for some reason we come home without stopping by there, then I'm ordering chinese. I'm not cooking anything today, not even toast.

We are going out to eat to celebrate my son graduating from Middle School and his awards ceremony. Will be going to Denny's because that is his favorite place to eat.

zippo... nadda... nil...

We have ran for five days straight...been all over the state, running around, hit the dog track/casino, shopped all over, drove to some scenic places etc... our butts are dragging. Looks like a hardee's big chicken sandwich, here if a few minutes.

Tater Tot Casserole

Brown up 1.5lb ground beef w/ 1/2 - 1 onion chopped up.
Drain grease off.
Mix in tater tots (recipe does not say how much, no need to thaw) & 2 cans cream of mushroom soup.

Pour in greased casserole dish. Put 2 C shredded cheese on top. Cover the dish. Bake at 350 F until cheese is melted & all is warm (took about 40 -50 minutes in my oven)

Can optionally add sour cream & tomatoes when done, to serve (we don't)

Once we also added in 16 oz mixed veggies in with the tater tots. They were probably thawed. I dont' think it changed the baking time, as everything is precooked & you're just heating everything up.

Tater Tot Casserole ~Crock pot

1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
1 bag Tater Tots
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables - cooked
2 or 3 cans of cream soup (mushroom - celery, take your pick)

Mix the hamburger, 1/2 bag of Tater Tots, cooked veggies, and soup. Use two cans soup - if it looks dry add another can of soup. Layer the remaining Tater Tots on top and there you have it. Bake at 350° for an hour or so, or I put this in my slow cooker and let it go on low for a few hours.
Serves 4.
