Our first ale is done and me and the DH drank our first done brew. :) We figured we'd do a couple of kits so we get the hang of it first.

It's really really really goooood. I am so happy that we did it. We have a brown ale also from a kit that we bottled on the 23rd. And we are going to do our first recipe for scottish ale soon.

We just opened a brown ale, b/c we researched that you should open a beer a week to track it's progress.. The brown ale is a bit bland, but so was the amber at week 2..
