I have had naturaly wavy hair for about 10 yrs & about 3 months ago I got a spiral perm well it's going away now & my hair is just frizzy. So I am giving my self a perm without the rods to straighten my hair. Just put the home perm stuff on & brush your hair straight.

Anyone ever do this & if so how did it come out?

I've done it years ago, but it's hard on my hair. I just use a relaxer kit now. I always use the one for kids because it's gentler on my hair.

where can you buy a relaxer kit? I dont think I have seen them. Living in Vermont I'm sure I would have to search for one...LOL!

I have used a relaxer also but beware they are very harsh on your hair. I think I got mine at Wal-mart or K-mart.

I use a straightening iron everyday, it's hard on your hair too. I need to go get another relaxer.

I use a straightening iron on my hair every day, unless I'm being lazy. I've never thought of using a relaxer...hmmm guess I'll have to try it

I did it a few yrs ago....like to pulled me bald...lol..you have to keep brushing it....well I was told to use a comb and keep combing it til it is dry and that takes alooooonnnnnnggggggg time....lol...but it does work....you just use the perm solution and not the neutralizer

oops...lol...didnt see where you already did it...lol
