I ordered this book about a month ago and it is so interesting. It has remedies and statistics and treatment for common ailments that will amaze you.

This is going to sound so bizarre but it said if you have restless leg syndrome or night time leg cramps put a bar of soap near your legs when you lie down and it will alleviate the jerking and the cramps. I do have RLS so I laughed and dh laughed but I have not had andy RLS since I put the soap there. Two bars of soap will not work and that is Dove and Dial. Noone knows why it works or why those two bars will not work.
I have told several people and so far everyone says it works.

This book is full of this type of remedys, from acne to weight loss and nail fungus to how many times a day the average person passes gas. lol

Anyone want me to look something up for you?

Sounds like a really interesting book! I don't have any questions I can think of right now, but will remember you if I do!

Acne please. My DS has facial acne and my GD just has blemishes on her back. Maybe whatever you find would help. TIA

Without typing all that was written, it boils down to what seems to have worked for many different people

eliminating milk from the diet worked wonders for many people, some people said that washing your face in milk helped, In india people mixed nutmeg with milk and applied it to their blemishes and that helps.

some people swear by tea tree oil

Neosporin applied to the blemishes will help in some cases(wash face very genty wirh a non soap cleanser and then apply)

benzoil peroxide (OTC) helps some people (side affects are stinging and burning)

a low glycemic diet with very little sugar or refined carbohydrates might improve skin.

I hope one of these works.

Losing weight can be difficult and gaining is easy. Unless something is wrong with your system, it is calories in and calories out. Nothing will make losing weight easy, these tips will make it a little easier.

keep a food diary/blog
at a high protein breakfast
exercise
get a pedometer try to get 10,000 steps a day
Consider Alli (not for me-don't like the side affects)

For energy--
Energy Revitalization System viamin powder because it supplies excellent overall nutrient support including amino acids.
