Dear RewardTV Member,
We are writing to notify you that it is expected that in the near
future the parent company of RewardTV, Inc. will become a wholly-owned
subsidiary of The Nielsen Company (US), Inc. At the time the
transaction is completed, the ultimate ownership and control over
personally identifiable information we have collected from you will
pass to The Nielsen Company (US), Inc., through its ownership and
control of RewardTV's parent company. The management of this
information will be subject to Nielsen's policies going forward, and
those may differ from the current policy. Nielsen's privacy policy
will be posted on www.rewardtv.com shortly after Reward TV, Inc.

not later than June 30.
