However about 1/2 of the time I have grandbaby here -I cook for him and buy him toys and shoes and clothes and he spends the nights at least once during the week and sometime more than that. I give him huggles and kisses and I punish when he acts up. So can I claim him as at least part time living with me? PLease?

The house I was living in recently went on the market so I was booted out, so until another comes up for rent in my sons school district I am living with my brother and his family. We have myself and my three sons {23,19 and 10 years old.**We also have my brother,his girlfriend,her brother and their two kids{14 and 7 years old** , four dogs{1-mine and 3-theirs** and a guinnea pig, and we all live in a three bedroom apartment.Every day is a Calgon day around here.lol
