Giving rep

I went to give rep and it said I had to spread it before giving more. This is crazy since I don't often find time to give much rep. It has been a couple of weeks since I gave any.

You may have already given the person rep and you have to give more rep to others before giving rep to that person! HTH!

Yes it doesn't matter how long its been, its how much you have given to others basically..lol Weird huh?
