Hello I have a friend that is on a 1200 calorie a day diet she was looking up on line it said at least 1200 a day. She loves the 100 calorie packets of goodies. I have just been watching and excersing alot but I think I am going to try this also. I really dont need to lose anymore but I will try this and then maybe up it alot. She eats the 100 calorie packets potatoes popcorn and some meat.

She doesn't eat any fruits or vegetables?

Sometimes shes never been into fruits. She does like all veggies

I didn't know they made anything in 100 calorie packs besides cookies and crackers. Guess I should get out more.

I am not good at cutting back on carbs and tend to snack out of boredom. Last week I started counting calories. I keep a not book in the kitchen and write down every thing I eat and what the calorie count is. That is not easy for me to do BUT at the min. it makes me think twice before I eat something. Try also to get calories from healthy/natural items instead of processed foods.

I am going to start really keeping track of my calories daily. I dont but the 100 calorie packets (to) expensive why not just take 10 doritos and look on sack to see calorie everything has the calories and amount on the box/sack

I get the 100 calorie snacks b/c at BJ's wholesale they are a really good price. I think it's mostly about guaranteed portion control LOL and less math
