I fell on Sunday in our yard-it was muddy and wet. I landed with my knee on a board. Kids scooped me up and took me to ER. Not broken, but not sure what was damaged. Had to go back Monday night, because the pain was so bad. Went to Dr today-have to stay completely off of it for a week! It's only been 2 days and I am going nuts in bed. They have to wait for the swelling to go down for a MRI to assess the damage. Meanwhile, I have to stay in bed-thank God for good pain drugs! UGH!!!!!!!!!

good luck! I am going to a surgeon on April 1st myself for my knee, but I think I am looking at a knee replacement..sending prayers and hugs

I am so sorry. It is so hard to stay in bed when you don't feel bad. But at this moment I would love to be put on bed rest for a week. LOL

awwwwww dang I know how it feels to land hard on a knee as I have done it:( Just make sure to baby it for a while and take good care of yourself. Hope the MRI shows nothing too serious:hug
