Okay, maybe I'm a freak, but I LOVE THESE THINGS! I just bought some yesterday and they're already gone..and they're the big ones, not the little bitty ones...mmmmm they are so good...oh and even better, they were on sale at Fred Meyer's (like a Kroger's) for $1.00 each with a $.20 off coupon, so only $.80.

Okay, I'm done rambling about marshmallows.

I saw strawberry and chocolate ones at Target a while back but I didn't buy them. I should have. LOL I like the tropical flavored mini marshmallows. Those are good to make rice krispie treats with.

I love the strawberry ones, I just got a product test for the toasted coconut ones, looking forward to eating both bags. My kids only like the plain ones.

I like plain ones only in hot choc or cooked on the fork with a lighter:D

I would like to learn how to make marshmallows!

You can buy them -- they are considered "gourmet", because they are square and not coated in corn starch, and are flavored... but I figured it might be just cheaper to make them myself.

Anyone have a recipe for that?
