we had a unexpected sleep over w/ 3 more boys. Their mom's cousin was shot, all over the news, very sad. She is a single mom and called to see if they boys could come over. We talked them into staying the night. They don't usually like to but she needed the night off.

so Pizza for us also. $5 little ceasers. Do you believe that 6 boys only ate 1 pizza??? I bought 3. guess we have left overs.

I'm roasting a chicken with veggies (orange and yellow carrots and red potatoes) and maybe some gravy.

I was going to make baked chicken, but we have my niece overnight and I don't feel like running to the store for more chicken so I'm making chili dogs and fries.

I want steak pinwheels but I'm trying to find the energy to make them :( Maybe I'll muster it up and just make them in a few and do some homemade fries YUM I love me some potatoes :D

Steak pinwheels huh? Sounds yummy..wanna share? lol We ended up with salmon cuz I saw it at the store for really cheap ($8 for a whole salmon - head, tail and everything) and decided that it sounded really good..we'll do chicken tomorrow

I think I over cooked them a little, still trying to perfect the cook time :( they were still good though :lol and instead of the potatoes I did green bean casserole.
