I don't have one single thing planned for the first time since before Christmas and I am going to enjoy every second of it! I shall futz and putter and hang out a lot online. Then I will sit on my butt and think about all the things I could or should be doing. And not do them :)

I have a wonderful weekend planned which includes , leaf blowing, rakeing, moping, laundry, washing trucks, dusting, re-arranging furniture. My family is totaly stoked and was so excited to get started early in the morning that they could not hold their eyes open due to pure exhaustion from excitment.

I have to work tomorrow at one of our clinics and I also will be working at home on Sunday. A great way to end a busy week...lol. But I am not complaining, at least I have a job that is working me to death and for that I am thankful. This is one of the reasons that I have not really been online much the past couple of weeks.

Since everybody else is having such an exciting weekend, maybe I'll do something fun too... like pull some weeds. Supposed to be in the mid-70s tomorrow, so it'll be a nice day to be outside.

hm...Well, sleep in a little. Bro-in-law coming for short morning visit. Parent-in-laws already here for wknd. In afternoon celebrating/helping throw a surprise 70th wedding anniversary party for a couple at the church, maybe watching a movie in the evening w/family, etc.

We want to go to the casino in Erie tonight, but I have to see if I can find a sitter for my boy. My cousin already snagged "our" usual one.

Today, I'm going to watch my husband FINALLY take down the Christmas lights. Watch him clean out the storage closet to FINALLY put the Christmas stuff back in there. Watch him clean up the carport. Oh and I might do a little inside cleaning myself... if I'm not too tired from watching him work so much.
Tomorrow, not sure. If it isn't raining, I kinda want to take the kids to the zoo.

I may have to babysit too, which will so not please my hubby, but its his niece so he'll just have to deal with it.

I tell myself I am going to take it easy all weekend, but I really probably won't. I have to run into town and grab something for my sister, and a few things for myself. And I think I'm going to take down the curtains in the living room and dining room and wash them. We've also been invited to my sister's for an early dinner tomorrow, so I'll need to make sure the laundry is all caught up before we leave so its done in case we stay there a while. I really need to wash my van, but I think its going to be too cold to worry about that this weekend, so that probably won't happen.

But other than that I swear I'm sitting on my butt.

Its a good theory hon, but I just can't seem to quit messing around on here :lol I do think I'll give my son a break from the dishes and throw what's out in the kitchen into the dishwasher. He's been a naughty boy and has has to wash dishes for the last two weeks. Since we don't generally use the dishwasher unless we have a really large meal.

But dishes is a moot point, I still haven't left the computer since 7:45 a.m. except to refill my coffee cup and use the potty

My best friend and her daughters were here from Iowa last night and spent the night. Her girls are so cute and sweet. I met her on here years ago and our friendship carried over IRL. I am doing nothing today but tonight we will be going shopping and out to eat. I probably won't be doing anything tomorrow because my DH has to work.

I got the dining room and bath room curtains washed, and I'm even considering re-hanging them before they get wrinkly. I ought to get myself to the post office, I have a couple things to mail and a package to pick up. Tho my package is postage due, so who knows if I will actually accept it...

Well, my relaxing day hasn't been so relaxing after all. I did wash the curtains and rehang them. Then my sister in law called and wanted me to come pick something up, and my sister called and wanted me to bring something to her. I have to get dinner ready early cause hubby is going out tonight, and my sister in law and niece will probly come spend the evening with me, which means my house will be trashed and kids will be wild. And mow my mom is coming to town tomorrow to help my sister out, so we'll be heading over there early so I can help her make dinner. More messy house and wild kids. I do think my laundry should at least be caught up by the time tomorrow night rolls around tho. But I already can't wait until next weekend!

Sorry you didn't get the lazy weekend you were hoping for.

This is the first wknd I haven't had to work since Oct. I think. I am so glad. We spend the day getting the rest of the Christmas Boxes in the storage hole. Then went through a bunch of boxes that used to be in the shed until DH got his weight equipment to go in there. So the boxes went into the attic in a keep or HUGE yard sale pile. I have so much stuff to get rid of! We had to bring one dryer up from the shed to replace w/the one that broke in the house (it's a lot of stairs up from the shed)
Tomorrow is laundry day now that my "mud room" doesn't have to hold my clothes to dry

Glad I got my family cleaning and going through stuff this weekend. We have had our house on the market ( moving to Kentucky) for 4 months now and not one person has looked at it untill today. Crossing my fingers and toes and constantly praying that we sell soon.

crossing everything for you galeane! My sister in law just informed us that they are moving back to Kentucky in March. She told me in a perfect world we'd be moving there too. Part of me really wants to do that. Part of me can't imagine actually moving.
