Oprah and her green tea.

I receive a lot of emails about Oprah and green tea trying to sell me the green tea. Have any of you tried green tea and found that it actually helps you lose weight? I love the diet Lipton green tea in the bottles from the grocery store but I don't know if this is the same green tea. I do drink several cups of coffee a day. I do like tea and I could switch. Is it worth the effort to change? Does anyone know from experience? Thanks.

I don't know how they can use Oprah's name. I heard her say on the show she drank gallons of green tea and it didn't help at all. I don't know how they get away with using her name but if Oprah sued everyone who did that she would be in court every day.

I drink 2-3 cups of green tea daily. I love the taste, but I don't really think it does anything for weight loss.
