Anyone here use FireFox browser? I recently joined a site and you can only use FireFox to view the ads.

Was wondering how it is...any pros or cons?

I know alot of people on here use it. I dont. I think most places you need Firefox to NOT view the adds, LOL how odd.

I wouldn't use anything else. Easier to use and much safer than IE.

I agree with ahippiechic; I would never go back to using IE expect on the few sites that require you to.

I agree with Hippie and GoodFaery. It is wonderful. I will only use IE if there is NO other choice - like MSN games.

IE is garbage.

After you use Firefox for just a few days, you will be mad at yourself for not using it sooner.

My suggestion is either to NOT install flash or to get the add-on that allows you to turn it off and on when you want to.

Firefox does not seem to handle flash too good, although I think flash is the most ignorant thing ever created.............it takes way too much resource power for no real benefit.

Thanks for all your responses. It was a very quick and painless install, and seems to work fine. It does take alittle getting use to.

I like it, some websites only load properly with foxfire. But it does use more ram than ie which often slows my computer down if I am using other applications. Also your favorites (now bookmarks) are saved in one file instead of individually.
