If you have the debit card from paypal, you can use it anywhere that accepts mastercard.
Amazon had some very good deals. I said I was finished with my shopping weeks ago, but I keep finding stuff there at such good deals I end up buying more stuff. I can always use things for birthdays over the next year so I get the bargains while they can be found.

When my boys were that little I just went to the dollar store and loaded underneath the tree with dollar toys. Truthfully, at that age, they could care less what they get. They're more interested in the paper than what's in it.

Exactly, or a big, huge empty box. Those are the best toy ever for toddlers!

Please don't get dollar store toys. They have been doing story after story in our local news about toys in dollar stores full of lead that the companies aren't recalling cause it's "not worth it" to them. If he was old enough to know not to put them in his mouth, I wouldn't say anything... but I would imagine he is putting everything in his mouth.

How about contacting Toy's for Tot's?
There are lots of locations in Illinois.

Also eBay is a good source. At that age they will never know if the toy is used or not. I was doing a search and there are quite a few box lots of toys.
Do searches for
toy lot baby
box full baby toys
toy toddler lot
box full toddler toys
baby toys lot
try different ways to type it in. Sometimes just adding a "S" to the end of the word can bring up more items or different ones. :)
Yard Sales, flea markets, salvation army, and second hand stores are a good source to find stuff cheap as well. At that age, they really won't know if it's new or not. Just clean it up with disinfectant. When my son was growing up there was a store called Buds. I think there are still some around. Just not around here anymore. But they had a bargain corner and it would be huge bundles of toys for a little of nothing. And they would be new. Is there a Buds location in your area?

I wish I had a few extra bucks to help you out, but Lord knows we need help ourselves.
I have just been watching the second hand stores, checking clearance at the B&M stores and in years past I signed up for Salvation Army Angel tree. This year I felt comfortable not to, I have a hard time with the whole gift thing so I would say if he has one or two things its good. I have a strong belief about not setting kids up to expect to much and he isn't old enough to remember anyway. Just get a lot of pictures of him opening the few gifts he has and remember its all about perspective. If your happy he will be too.
I hope you have an awesome hunt and find the perfect thing for him!!

Amazon, Walmart, and many other sites have pretty cheap toys right now. Until 12/16, KB Toys has a lot with free shipping and there are many under $10.

www.biglots.com they have a huge sale 5-10 gifts!
I wouldn't worry about buying too many toys because 15 months is still pretty young and he will get bored after just a few. You could try Waldens if you have one near you. They usually have books on clearance that are cheap. Check the clearance sections at the stores around you. Wal-Mart, Target and the dollar stores usually have dollar books for that age range. They aren't always by the books. Wal-Mart and Target also have cheap toys.
