my points redemption issue help

I am trying to cash out for a gc at my points but the box to cash out doesnt appearl arge enough for me to click at the bottom to submit
and it will not scroll down
any advice?

This happened to me last week. I couldn't get it to work in IE. I finally had to use Firefox.

Hope the last poster helped you, as I read this a while ago about the problems in cashing out, and for some reason, now MyPoints needs you to go thru another way, so try it, being as the posters know what they are talking about. Lots of luck. If that does not work, try emailing MyPoints. Just a suggestion.
