Keynote

Hey

Has anyone else been having problems with keynote? I click on it and qualify then is says downloading connector and when it is finished it just disappears and nothing happens. I have missed out on two of them. I tried emailing them and they never got back to me.

I had the same thing happen to me.... Didn't bother trying to email them as I have never heard from them in the past.

it did that to me the other day. I just clicked it off and then went back to the original e-mail and reclicked it. it pulled up. I also had problems with once the connector loaded up it would go to a blank page after i answered a couple of questions. I would hit the x button to close it and then a screen would pop up asking if i was for sure. I hit cancel and then it started working again. I got my amazon gift certificate by email the next day
