Sick

Last night we all 3 went to bed around 9, with headaches and upset stomachs. DH and I don't feel very well this morning either. DD hasn't gotten up yet. Why couldn't this have waited a few days at least??

I have all this crap to cook and my head feels like it's going to explode and I get nauseous at the thought of food.

You guys didn't get food poisoning or something did you? It is unusual for all three of you to come down with the same symptoms at the same time. I hope you all feel better soon.

We all felt fine yesterday morning, but around 2 my DD said her tummy felt 'funny'. Mine did too. So I was trying to think what all we had eaten. But then DH came home from work with the same symtoms, so I dunno. We didn't eat any of the same things as he did yesterday.

girl..I know what your feeling...started it yesterday here...there has been this virus going around ....and now I am queasy and the smell of food...yuck....and aspirins will not help the headache either....ohhhh go away I have stuff to do and shop in the morning.

DD only wanted juice for breakfast, but seems to be feeling a little better now. I had some 800 mg motrin and DH and I took that. My headache is some better now. I just put the turkey breast in the oven (it's only 10 am here) Glad I did the baking yesterday. So not a lot else to do. But none of us are really hungry, guess we'll have a lot of leftovers!

Just got home from family Thanksgiving at my Mom's house and saw this! Sick on Thanksgiving?! Not fair! I hope you feel all better by tomorrow!

Sorry to hear you are sick. Any possibility it being carbon monoxide (is that the right poisoning that comes from heaters??) poisoning of some sort. Better be carefull and keep us updated. Around this time of year, you see lots of that.

We have central heat & air (the air is on ATM) so I don't think that's it.

DD still has an upset tummy and DH and I are still headache-y. Not much appetite either.

Hippie, you can get carbon monoxide poisoning from central heat. I recently had mine checked by the gas company, and they warned me about something that I needed to fix to prevent possible c.m. poisoning. Since they don't do repairs, I know they weren't trying to get money from me.
