It's Italian-seasoned chicken and potato wedges in a white wine and garlic sauce. It's a pain in the butt to cook and it takes forever, but it is so worth it.

On the request of my 3 year old "cake" (blueberry pancakes) and sausage. He is very speech delayed so this is a request I have to honor since he spoke perfectly.

Roasting a chicken, kashi and bowties with fresh spinach at the end of cooking that part and a mixed salad..I don't feel great today so warming food makes the house smell good..and I think I feel better..

It is and it makes my heart melt the more he progresses. Of course he had to have the very first pancake and eat it while I cooked for the rest of us. http://www.paw-talk.net/forums/images/smilies/new0107/giggle.gif
