Recoveriing Veterans

I received an email requesting Christmas cards be sent to Recovering American Soldiers at Walter Reed Hospital. I think this is a great idea, but it got me thinking about all the recovering veterans in other VA hospitals. Do they not deserve a card as well?

The following link will take you to a page where you can find the addresses of VA Hospitals by state. If we would each send some to our respective State VA Hospitals as well as to Walter Reed I think it would be really nice.

Do they really think the veterans in #1 would appreciate a card? And why would that be first since I am in Birmingham, Al? Pensacola Fl is not 7 miles from me.

I got the same email a few days ago, I didn't even know if it was real. I guess it is. I tend to not believe anything I get in my email box. Guess I was wrong on that one.
