Do these people even know what the HECK their doin??? No the only thing they know how to do is raise prices everyday! Seems like we are always complaining about one thing or another. I am SO glad we are switching soon!
All this week the electric company has been putting their new wires in for cable they are gonna offer soon(coincidently we are gonna switch from charter to them when theyre done with it) and Wednesday night the power kept cutting in an out probably 5 or 6 times and we figured thats what it was and didnt pay any attention. But then yesterday around 2pm it did it again but afterwards we didnt have any cable or internet so we just figured the electric company had messed with their wires or something so we called to let them know and they told us they would only come out that evening if other people complained otherwise it would be the next morning. Well this morning these 2 young guys came out to look at it and one of them wouldnt even step outside the van cause he was allergic to cats and we have some outside ones. One of them got on top of their van on the windshield and instead of asking someone to get him off or whatever what does he do?? He honks the horn repeatedly and turns on the windshield wipers and knocks him OFF !! Now granted he knows he shouldnt have been up there but still! Anyways the one guy checks everything and leaves and they come back an hour or so later and say they found the problem that it was in a wire up the road and they were working on it. That was around 1pm then around 3pm we still had got nothing back so we decided to just call and make sure what was up you know and they told us it was in OUR end not theirs, that it was probably the cable box inside the house. Hm now what the heck does that have to do with not having internet either? I have no idea but they said they would send a technician(who shouldve been here in the first place) out on MONDAY to look at it. Well obviously we were pissed and let them know that and they finally agreed to send one in the morning. Well we later discovered they had left the outside box OPEN(theyre suppose to seal it back shut) so we go out there an look at it and Im not sure what they did something about they had took the wires loose and stuck them up behind some others. All we did was reconnect the wires and now we have everything back. We arent suppose to mess in that box but they left it open so that aint on us. And we didnt call them back either to tell them not to come(they have to come seal the box anyways) theyre gonna know where they can take this so called service and shove it up!
