No clue here! Was sick and don't know if it was the Chinese food I ate or a flu bug. Hope to get my appetite back.

I don't know either, we're last minute preparers, so generally don't know until right before we eat ;)

Not sure what you would call it but I get the boneless pork chops and having the meat dept run it through the thing they use to do cube steak. So it looks like a cube steak but it is made from a boneless pork chop. Anyway I fry them like I would a cube steak.
So it will be that and mashed taters, gravy and some veggie.

Going over to my mom's today to pack up more stuff. Probably will stop somewhere and eat. If not, there's still pot roast in the frig. Everyone here and whoever decides to drop in can fend for themselves. There's way to much in my frig. that will go bad if it's not eaten....roasted chicken, pot roast, tator tot cassarole. Open a can of veggies and you've got a meal.

It's one of my poker nights this week, so I'm trying to skip dinner. That's hard on Tuesday. You can get a one-topping large pizza for $5 at the bar I play at on Tuesday.
