I love mine, walk on it every day. Its been so hot here that I prefer to use it than walk outside.

I have one. it's out in the garage right now as we don't really have a spot to put it :( I'm not a huge fan, it gets really hard on my knees. I prefer ellipticals, but don't have one right now.

First, make sure it can handle your weight. Hubby got one last year and I had to loose weight before I could get on it. The treadmill have a weight limit of 250 pounds. If you lack room, make sure it folds up for easy storage. You may also want to get a mat to protect your floors and carpet. Also if you need one with an incline but have back troubles than an automatic incline is nice to have. We bought ours last year for 80% off and saved more because it was a display model. Cost us under $150 including the matt. We bought it at KMart.

make sure that if you let's say keep it in the corner and have to move it out to use it, that you can actually move it. the one I have is super heavy and it's a workout in itself just moving the darn thing. :)
