Just checked my email and I got something from what looks like the IRS telling me that in checking with my 'fiscal activity', I am eligible to recieve a refund of $249.60 and to click on a link. Clicked on the link just because I was curious, and it's asking for my bank info, SS# and my name. No address or nothing. Nope, I didn't put any info in there at all, but as I watched the website, it said something about www.downquillow.com. Ed gonna call the FBI tomorrow because now they're messing with the government!!!!

It is a scam, I got two of them and sent them to the IRS website. I looked up the IP and it was someone in Indiana and sent it to the Indiana state police. I never heard anything back.

Yes, it is a scam. They were telling about it on the local news last week.

How stupid are these people? Don't they realize the IRS already has your SSN?
