When we report a repost what are we type in that box? Just say repost or put the link to the post too?

Also, did Brandon fix the "report" button again?

I always thought the link would go with the report, much like when you rep someone. But that is a good question. Last I heard the report post button wasnt working tho, as I had reported a bunch of reposts & misplaced posts that were never moved, & Patch told me the reports hadnt come thru.

Thats what i thought too..then i thought well maybe we have to put the link in there all so. Well if they ever fix the dang thing at least we will know how to do it if a mod answers..:itsme:

Put the reason you are reporting the post. It sends us an email with the link and the reason. I am not sure it if is working tho as I haven't received any reported posts in awhile

When you report a post, the link is already included with the report :)
Its helpful if you add a comment as to why its been reported.
As far as I know the report post has worked for a while, but for some reason we don't get all of them (I assume) I know brandon was here the other day and fixed a few things, so maybe its working better now :)
Freeby... I just happened to have the day off... or it would have been a few days before I even got the PM LOL

I think the confusion about the report button not working was from someone bumping up a post from 2003 earlier this week. I read the post and was confused until I noticed the date of the original post.
