They had one Party time Balloon kit left at Toys R Us. Then they didn't know how to do the coupon so it took about 10 mins for them to find out how to do it.
My youngest daughter is very happy that we finally picked it up. We are having a party this weekend for our daughters to say goodbye to all their friends in the neighborhood.
