I like to wrap mine if foil and cook real slow makes them nice and tender. About half hour before taking them out of the oven I like to add a can of corn, carrots and peas, then pour 2 cans stewed tomato's over all the veggies.

I place the veggies around the steaks.

Montreal steak marinade is good & also marinating it in italian dressing for a few hrs is great.

I wash them and then put them in a gallon size bag and put dales seasoning on them and let them sit in fridge for about 3 hours and then take them out and rub a good dry steak seasoning on them and grill them...yummy yummy

Yeah and Krogers has their own version of th eMontreal seasoning in the grillers line of seasonings. Cheap and seemingly JUST as tasty. I also use the spice classics meat tenderizer on ALL my beef and chicken, you can get it at Walmart for like 57 cents and it is the best most flavorful meat tenderizer out there.

Wow, Spice classics around you only .57? Your lucky. They run about $1.19 min. here. Not that it is much, just saying.

I want salt and lots of fresh cracked pepper on mine. Room temperature before throwing on grill, (outside gets done before inside if they are cold). I will sometime put a little grill seasoning on them.
