View Full Version : Favorite cartoon charactor?????
So who is your fav cartoon charactor? Mine is Yosemite Sam. Also (not a cartoon charactor) I love the scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz. I can relate to him. I don't feel real smart. And I am also accident prone. I've had some really weird falls.

Well I'm going to go way back in time with this answer. But I would have to say Snaggle Puss. When I was a little girl I would always watch that cartoon on Saturday mornings, I grew up with the nickname of Snaggle. I'm 49 years old and my dad still calls Snaggle at times.

Foghorn Leghorn ~ reminds me of my dad, same sense of humor. My dad was a HUGE Looney Tunes fan, from the time he was alittle kid, til he passed away, hed never miss a chance to watch some Looney Tunes.

Foghorn Leghorn. The most memoriable part of a cartoon that still makes me laugh when I think of it, is bugs bunny dancing on stage in an gown and big hat of fruit. Anyone rememeber that?

When I was a kid, it was casper the friendly ghost.
Now I would have to say it's any of the characters on Family Guy. :)

I don't know the name of mine but I think it was the abominable snowman and he would pick up daffy duck and say something like this "I will make you my friend and I will call you George, and I will hug you and squeeze you" about this time I would be picking up my baby and be saying that to him or her and tickling and we would be laughing. I hope they remember that and if they don't I think I will call them and remind them.
Thank you for bringing back a memory that brought me joy.

My fave cartoon character is Daria, thus my avatar. She started as a character on Mtv's Beavis and Butthead, then got her own show until mtv canceled it.

I've always loved Marc Anthony and Pussyfoot. Marc Anthony was the bulldog,that found a little kitten, Pussyfoot who would climb onto his back, and claw and scratch to fluff up his fur. She then, would curl up in a little ball and go to sleep, much to the relief of Marc Anthony.

I love the monster from Bugs Bunny, Tigger, Granny's dog Precious (I love his laugh), Marvin the Martian, Spongebob, Speed Racer (when I was in K .. this was the man I was going to marry .. lmao).

This would be my fav, too. I have little green martians all over my house and I love to search him out on Ebay since he is so hard to find. I am saving my money for one of those 4 foot statues they have of him and k9 in the Looney Toon stores.

Yosemite Sam!!! Has anyone ever noticed that in this day of political correctness, everything with his image on it is gunless? I found my grandson a t-shirt with him on it and he has both guns. What a find!!

Although not a cartoon I like the muppets, most all of them.

I liked watching the Animaniacs, too! The movie Wakko's Wish came on TV one day and I recorded it on DVR and my daughter is always asking to watch it. They are her favorites right now. She was just saying this morning, that she wishes they were real.. lol.
Also got her into watching Fraggle Rock! Got the first season on DVD.. think the second is out now. Got to get her into the good stuff, right?

in one cartoon they are picked up by "death" and Wacko says "can I call you dadoo?" and the bug him to death until Death puts them back. Well I started calling my dad Dadoo so my kids call him Grandadoo. He likes is but mom is not so pleased. LOL

my list includes popeye, yogi bear, bugs bunny, elmer fudd, the smurfs, batman in the 90's, and 'star blazers' an early anime series from the 70's.
