We have a farmers market by us every Saturday during the summer & they sell butter squares. They are sooooo good & I was wondering if anyone here makes them & if they have a recipe for them.
Thanks,
Cathy

I've never heard of them, but have a ? for you. My son lives in Inwood in way north Manhattan. they have a farmers market every Saturday 2 blocks from his house. I see you are in NY - are you in Inwood? Just wondered - I know there must be 100's of farmers markets in NY.
