Does anyone know about renters rights in Ohio?

I live in a 42 unit building. Every month, they come in and spray for bugs. now, I have to admit I should be grateful the landlord cares enough to do that, and I haven't seen any bugs,(Cause they spray, I'm sure). But, I work during the day, so they (an outside company) come in with a key. I don't know if any of the maintenance guys are with them. I have never had anything come up missing, BUT, every time it is more and more evident they go thru stuff. The last time was the worst - lights left on in the daytime, things in closets and drawers moved. Stuff that was on the back of the toilet in the bathtub?? Management company says I HAVE to let them in, even tho there is nothing in my lease (expired, BTW) about it. Do I have a leg to stand on - I really don't want them in here.

Before when we rented, we had bug guys come in every month (we lived in a complex like you) but I was home when they would come in and they sprayed along EVERY wall, behind stuff, they would pick up a box or shuffle something around, but everytime one of the maintenance men or even the manager would be with them just for that reason.
Go ahead and call them up and ask them, say "Im just wanting to make sure that one of you guys from HERE is going along with the people, nothing has come up missing or anything but not being home I just want to double check" and im sure they'll tell you with no problems.
