I just found a good lead, it might possibly be her. There is a Marilyn Kay Steppe, MD she is a Physician and Surgeon currently living and practicing in the Pleasanton, CA area.

She obtained her license JUNE 05, 1998 and she went to college at VIRGINIA COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL COLLEGE OF VIRGINIA. If I am correct, Stuarts Draft High school is in Va as well, isn't it?

Seems like a possibility that this may be her. According to what I have seen on the web, she runs marathons too. Sounds like a busy woman for sure.
