Quistion on a survey Place?

About 2 months ago I Recived hand and body lotions with clear white bottles and was promised $10.00 for doing it Problem is I don't remember site
and few I thought is place that sent it to me with no money showing ?
I just want to know so I can write them. :confused:

Could it have been consumer insights?
Several months ago a friend of mine did a survey of theirs and got clear white plastic bottles full of Bath and Body Works products to test.

I have done these kind of tests for Mindfield Online and Survey Spot.

I tested those body soaps too. I think I got paid, anyway, I try to keep track and I don't have anything pending for that. I remember doing the surveys, I wasn't crazy about those soaps, anyway, not for the price they wanted to sell them for!

I think this may be from mindfieldonline. I received a check for $12.00, made out to anonymous with my last name after it. My hubby and I were wondering if the bank would want me to endorse the check as it was written or sign my name. If you tested the lemon c.o.bigelow products for Bath & Body Works, I have a contact # at the bottom of the paper work. It is 800-333-0533,ext. 273. It says to call them if you havn't received an email by the time you receive your products. Maybe you could call and ask who you are calling,and then email, or ask to speak with someone that sends the checks. This number I assume is for the survey company. Hope this helps, Cindy
