Movie Help!!

OK Everyone! I need some major help. DH and I have been looking and looking for a certain movie and we cannot for the life of us remember the name of it. Im going to give you some plot details and you give me the name of the movie ( Fair trade right LOL) Please please pretty please help us!!

OK, First off I remember its a semi-futuristic movie. There was a guy who created this "computer lady" who was really realistic but then there was a guy who came out of the computer, he could like Live on his own, outside the room (he was a blonde guy, I thought it was Ray Liota, but I guess not, so anyway it looks like him) then there was a black guy who was hired to chase him down. HEY, wait a minute, did they have to go "into the computer" to run the guy down?? I cant really remember. But the thing is is the white guy wears an ELECTRIC blue suit. Really IN YOUR FACE type thing!

If someone could please help me figure this out, I even tried doing searches online many times. Thanx a bunch!!

Oh and moddy's, I know this should be in the movie section but I really wanted as many people as possible to look at this so can we wait a couple of days before moving it?? Please!!

Yup I watched that. Funny thing is I was trying to think of Russel Crowe last night, I thought it might have been him but DH was no help at all.
