Before I come back home from my BIL house I need to stop at the grocery store again. I need more chicken. Mur and Valinda asked me if her parents could come for Mother's Day and I said most definitely. But then the list grew to her brother and family (4) and a niece and her son. 16 including my kids and families. Glad the weather will be great so some can eat outside at the firepit or small table. This is getting so exciting. I love it when the dinner crowd grows when I have time to get extra food. And Mur and Valinda are going to buy some pork chops, fresh green beans, and the rolls/bread.
This is the menu so far: baked chicken, baked taters, fresh green beans, salad, cheese cubes, mac'n'cheese, rolls, pork chops on the grill, cheese cubes, deviled eggs, assorted desserts (Valinda and her Mom will do that).
Today is get ready day and Mother's Day turned into a party. YIPPEE!! So see y'all Mon. Have a wonderful Mother's Day and weekend.
