alcohol question

I was just wondering something and figured maybe someone on here might know. I have a bottle of Kahlua in my fridge and its been there for quite a while (prolly a year, cant remember exactly) and I was wondering if that stuff expires or goes bad. Does anyone know?? Its in the fridge not the freezer so I dunno.....any clue?? Thanx :D (Im hoping to be really happy tonight LOL)

As long as the bottle is till sealed you should be good to go. If the seal has been broken then it's time to replenish the inventory and part ways with the old bottle.

I'd taste it first to see if you can still taste the alcohol. I would think it'd be fine even if the seal was broke. Surely you have the cap on and it's tight. I'd take a few swallows first as I'd hate to throw out that expensive stuff. Wanna share? Haven't had any of that in years...yummy!!

I buy several bottles when we go to Mexico but give most of them away because mine just sits usually too..lol Its good forever and I don't ever regrigerate it. I like an accasional drink but only when we are out..silly huh?

And I'll bring the Triple Sec and the Baileys and we can use your Kaluha and also have some B 52's. Got lots of shot glasses or cordials? I'll bring some of those too.:D

Oh for B-52's we need Gran Marnier and I happen to have that too! ;)

Its Baileys, Kahlua and Gran Marnier layered in a shot glass but I dump it all in coffee..lol

Ingredients
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
1 ounce Grand Marnier
Carefully layer each liqueur in a small shot glass, to make three distinctive layers. For added effect, turn out the lights and ignite the Grand Marnier. (Be very careful: extinguished before you drink it!)

This is so ironic, we went out last night! I bought those Kahlua B-52's and holy cow, those are so awesome. Its like drinking one of those chocolate oranges!
