wow.. 2.70? can i have that price? we are looking at 3.00+ :( I think I'll be purchasing a bike soon these prices are getting ridiculous. i'm glad i'm not in the position where I have to choose gas for my car or food for my family... although my dogs don't eat cheap food. :( they're gonna have to start makin' a livin' if they want to keep eating that way ;) :D

I filled up ($30 +) on my way to a doctors appointment and on the way back my car poots out, not sure what wrong or if it can be fixed, if not I'm getting that gas out of it and putting it in hubby's!

the cheapest I have seen in town is $2.72 but my husband works all over the county and says he has seen it as high as $2.89. just 2 months ago it was $1.99. WTH is going on? We have 2 big trucks we drive it takes at least $60 to fill them up as high as the prices are right now. Luckily I dont run the roads...I go into town once a week for groceries and to pick my son up from his track practices and meets.
My husband drives a dump truck emagine how much it costs to fill that monster up.

$3.05 where my husband works! :mad: Just because there's a war doesn't mean gas prices have to go up, just because it's summer (soon) doesn't mean gas prices have to go up. I don't even bother going anywhere anymore. I'm sure as heck the farthest thing from a democrat but I can't stand Bush. And I also think that if the pres wants to go to war, the children of the politicians should be the first to go over there. Then things would be a little different wouldn't they? Bush owns oil, the only reason he (or any politician) does anything is for money.

So ridiculous. It's 2.93 here cheapest around here in NY. They really need to be raising my pay if it keeps going up. I think highest it's hit around here was 2.99 last summer. I have a feeling it's going way beyond that mark this summer :(
