My custody trial is on Thursday finally. I have now been sitting here at my parents in pennsylvania waiting for it to happen since January 13th. It got postponed in February, due to my son's father's lawyer not being available. Maybe after this week, my son and I will not have to live out of bags, and have our own beds back at night.

I live in benton county, if all goes well I can go home, if not I guess I'll be staying indefinately in PA.

All went pretty well today, he agreed to joint custody, with my son staying with me!!!!! So I can celebrate lol. I just won't be going back to TN tho, as I would have had a battle on my hands, and it would have gone to trial. So I played it safe, my kids come first anyways. And he does have a right to see his son when he wants to. But its going to go by my rules now, where as him and his family have controlled mine since January. Now onto child support court!!!!!!

I loved it there, the summers were great, although my kids would like to play in the mud after a good rain storm, and ya cant get that dirt out for nada...lol
