My dearest and oldest friend is very sick and they don't think she is going to survive.
She has been chronically ill for many years, but this last year was the worst! She is back in the hospital again (she has spent more time in the hospital than out this past year), but she has indicated that she doesn't want to be intubated this time.
She has so many things wrong with her from fibroid myalgia, to diabetes, to rheumatoid arthritis to COPD. It is not one thing, but a combination of several things.
She will probably be discharged to go home to hospice care.
I am overwhelming so very sad. Her name is Judy. Please keep her in your prayers. She is only 56 years old.
