Ab Lounge??

Has anyone bought one of these? If so, do they work? I need to lose some belly junk and laying on the floor is killing me. Any help?? Thanks

I debated getting one. Instead, I went with the gazelle. I've lost all kinds of weight, and it has toned all areas that needed it. It's a great cardio, and it doesn't jar anything. Your knees won't hurt, and it actually helps my back. In fact, if I don't work out, my back hurts.

I have purchased one of these.When I did use it I can feel it working.I didn't use it long because I got pregnant and now it is in the shed buried (not doing me any good there).But when I move in May I definatlly will be keeping it out.;)

a lady i work with bought one, and she swears by it. we have one down at the fire dept and i'm gonna start going by to use it after i drop the boys off at school in the mornings. so hopefully i'll know soon enough

she does say that it makes you sore at first
