Watch your email, I just got the second survey. It is very short, only 5 or 6 questions long.

I got the 3rd ES survey tonight... almost deleted it as junk mail ;-). So, if you have got the previous two, look out for it. It says there's one more then you get paid $5. ;)

This is my first post on this board. I was just referred here from someone at another rewards program forum that I've been a member of for years. So I'm scrolling through the posts and I find this post. I have Narcolepsy, so I found it funny, plus these are meds I use anyway, and can use some coupons for. Thanks, this was interesting to find this the very first time I've ever visitted this forum.

Keep an eye out for the final survey. After you answer the 5 or 6 questions it will ask you for your address and let you know the check will arrive in 2 to 4 weeks.

The check I received on Saturday had just been mailed on Thursday, so maybe everyone that didn't get their check on Saturday will receive theirs in the next couple of days. (I think most of us finished these surveys in March) But if you don't, the company is Cephalon and their website is www.ExcessiveSleepiness.com
