I have a personal paypal account no cc.

Got a notice from paypal that I have a payment pending and can either accept or deny. Never have gotten this before and have no idea what to do? So HELP.

If I accept will it make it where I have to pay a fee for all accounts? Is there a fee to accept this if so what?

I am total confused what to do and need advice. Thank you.

It just means that the person who sent you money doesn't have a "confirmed" address on file. You can change your setting to "accept all payments" right now you have it on the one where you have to accept/deny unconfirmed address'. You get charged the same from Paypal as any normal transaction.

There should be a reason stated for the pending payment. If it's regarding the confirmed address, you can follow the above (but I don't suggest following the above advice if you're selling something to someone. If you accept a non-confirmed payment, you automatically lose seller protection if the buyer files a PP dispute).

If the payment is pending because it's funded by CC -

If you have a personal account, you aren't charged fees until you accept a payment made by CC or debit card. Once you accept a CC/DC payment, your account is charged a fee for every payment you receive from now on.
You're only allowed to accept 5 CC payments per 12 months unless you upgrade your account. The fees are 4.9% of the total sent plus a .30 transaction fee.
