Has anyone gotten any emails from paidemail.com lately? I finally got enough to cash out. Since then I have not gotten a confirmation of this transaction nor have I received anymore emails. Is this happening to anyone else?

i cashed out so many months ago and never recieved nothing. Ive written several times only once did they write back and tell me i needed to have more 1st level referrals before i can cash out. so i got more and they still have not paid me. I sure wish i new someone who has been paid or how to get to this sites owner.. they owe me 45 bucks
