Where do you get your avatar?

A lot of the avatars on here are just the cutest things I have seen. Where do you ever find them all?

What I do is go to Google type in the name or what ever you want then click on Images. After the pictures come up click at the top left the size of pictures. Click small. You should get quite a few. ;) But, if they are too big, I have Microsoft Office Editor. So i just resize the picture for it to fit. ;)
