Are you a professional caregiver of color who occasionally works with patients or residents with psychiatric care needs?
To find out more, go to the: Psychiatric Care Study website.
The Oregon Center for Applied Science, Inc. is conducting a research study to gather information and opinions from professional caregivers of color who work with patients with mental illness. Participants will be compensated $30 for filling out one online survey, and the information we gather will be used to help create a computer program designed to provide support to professional caregivers in similar situations. To qualify, you must be currently employed as a professional caregiver of color and work with patients who are receiving psychiatric care. You must have an active email address, have access to a computer with an Internet connection (any speed), and answer a few other questions to determine if you are a good fit for the study. The Psychiatric Care Study is funded by a grant from the National Institutes of Health.
