Hi,

I haven't been trading much but I did have a trade almost 2 months ago in which I bought a toy for my son. it was promised to be complete, but wasn't so I returned it as the seller and I agreed upon. I have had letters back and forth, but am still waiting for the refund. Now, the seller has great feedback and I want to trust her. However, I am just sick of even thinking about this whole ordeal...she says she has no funds in paypal, and we all know it is easy to make sure that never happens if you get a claim against you, etc etc. It is $5 plus the shipping back. Should I say screw it since I probably won't see the money anyhow? I am leary to even leave any feedback bc I know it will turn into some 'ordeal' over a few bucks and honestly, like I said before, I am just sick of seeing the emails in my inbox.
Advice much appreciated...
Thanks,
Stacey =)

Honestly, I think you only have either 30 or 45 days to file a claim with Paypal, so your deadline is quite possibly up by now. Also if she doesn't have the funds, then you'll never see the money. All she has to do is open up another account if she wants to continue trading. Leave her bad feedback though.

ita. sorry about that happening to you. i've been recovering from surgery for the past 5 weeks and have not done any trading ebay etc and to tell you the truth it's been a nice break, although my pocketbook can feel it. i hate scammers.

You can still file with paypal-even if you don't get your money back, it will still be in her record. Please leave feedback so others will know.

Hope your recovery is going great.
