Can anyone help me find tiny gnomes?

This is sad to write as am praying she comes threw but :(

Have a dear friend that has small cell cancer and she loves gnomes. The type you put in the garden as she will soon have to leave her home I am hoping there are some tiny gnomes that can get her for her room.

Does anyone have any? Know where I can find any? Remember I live in a small town so we don't have a lot of the stores some places have to shop at?
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a little one, that kind of sits on a shelve, or around a pots rim..

I have some cute ones for sale in my store that are pushing a wheel barrel. I think I have 2 different styles of them. I believe I sell them for $1.50 each. :)
