Mypoints survey emails?

Your supposed to get 50 points if you qualify and 10 if you don't. I've done two but didn't get the 10 points for not qualifying. On my account statement it shows I did them but no points awarded. Is anybody else getting credit for them?

I almost always have to email them and remind them that my survey points haven't been credited. I only seem to have problems with the points not being credited when I don't qualify for a survey. If I do qualify and complete the survey, the 50 or 75 points are automatically added to my account. Good luck! :)

I have the same problem when I do not qualify. I've not sent an email yet but guess I'd better...
