I wasn't sure what cash out was so I clicked the button that says cash out.I have a button there to click says gold member cash out 1 cent I don't think I am a gold member and have 99 cents there can I cash out?

you can only cash out if you are a gold member OR have the right amount to cash out.it will tell you usually on the main page what the cash out is for free members.I went and looked its a $3 payout. and this is what it costs to be a gold member Gold Membership Benefits

There are 20 levels of Gold membership available for purchase on this page, but you can go as high as you like for $5 extra per level after upgrade to goldmember level1,the higher your level, the more frequently you receive random referrals.

for example:

Level 1------$5
Level 2 ------$10
Level 3 ------$15
.........
level 20 ------$100



so if you signed up and havent paid anything then you are a free member.so again ya have to wait til you have $3 hope this helps
